Before founding Premium 360 Tours, Lorraine spent over a decade in hospitality marketing — working with hotels, wineries, and event venues to build their brands and fill their calendars. She understood the industry from the inside: the pressure to stand out, the challenge of converting online browsers into paying guests, and the frustration of watching a stunning property get overlooked because its digital presence didn't tell the right story.
When 360° virtual tour technology matured enough to deliver a truly immersive experience, Lorraine saw the opportunity immediately. Not just as a photography novelty — but as a genuine business tool. Premium 360 Tours didn't start as a technology company. It started as a solution to a real problem Lorraine saw every day in hospitality marketing.
The Spark
After years working in hospitality marketing, Lorraine noticed a consistent gap: stunning properties were losing bookings to competitors with inferior spaces — simply because those competitors had better online presentations. She started exploring 360° technology as a solution.
First Tours
Lorraine completed her first three tours for a local winery, a boutique inn, and a day spa. All three clients reported measurable increases in inquiries within 60 days. The proof of concept was clear.
Going Full-Time
With a growing roster of hospitality clients and a reputation for results-focused tours, Lorraine launched Premium 360 Tours as a dedicated business — building out a full suite of packages and upgrade options tailored specifically to hospitality.
